Salamis Bay Conti is a 5-star, Ultra All-Inclusive resort hotel and casino on a 65,000 m² beachfront in Yeni Bogazici, Famagusta, North Cyprus. It has 664 rooms across the Main Building, Salamis Park, Salamis Garden and villas, 12 restaurants/bars, the Lemon Spa & Wellness centre, a main pool plus aquapark, 9 meeting/event halls, and free parking. The resort operates year-round, 24/7; for guests looking to escape the summer crowds, the winter season offers a calmer pace with no waiting at restaurants or the spa and more personalized service.

Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00. During the stay itself, there is no mandatory curfew — guests may leave and re-enter the property at any time. For late check-out requests, please contact reception.

Smoking, hookah and tobacco products are not permitted inside rooms but are allowed on room balconies. Pets are not accepted. Beachwear is not permitted in the restaurants.

Due to legal regulations, hotel service prices cannot be quoted in a foreign currency in advance; please contact reception for the current exchange rate. Currency exchange is also available at reception.

Options include Park Room, Garden Room, Sea View and Direct Sea View Main Building Standard Rooms, Suite Room, Junior Villa, Standard Villa, and Duplex Superior Villa. All rooms suit families; the Garden Room is closest to the aquapark, while Sea View rooms are closest to the beach and main facilities. Villas serve as family rooms: Junior Villa (max 3 adults + 1 child), Standard Villa (max 4 adults + 1 child), Duplex Superior Villa (max 5 adults + 1 child).

All rooms have a balcony, a code-locked safe, a kettle with complimentary tea/coffee sachets, and free Wi-Fi (available throughout the entire property, not just in rooms). The minibar's first use is complimentary; further use is charged. Rooms do not have irons; a paid ironing service runs 08:00-00:00.

Rooms are cleaned daily. Room service operates 24 hours a day; orders outside the night buffet are subject to an extra charge.

The Main Building offers accessible (handicapped) rooms for guests with disabilities. A baby cot is provided free of charge, upon request, in any room type.

Yes. For honeymoons, anniversaries, and birthdays, complimentary room decoration, a fruit basket, and wine are provided. Honeymoon couples also receive a complimentary breakfast in winter, or a one-time complimentary à la carte restaurant visit in summer. Personalized table setups for celebrations are not offered in the restaurants.

There is one main restaurant (Selçuk Restaurant) plus two à la carte restaurants (Chinese and Italian cuisine), and multiple bars/cafés: Othello Bar, Cocktail Bar, Patio Cafe, Pier Bar, Lobby Bar, Pool Bar, Beach Bar, Saluna Patisserie, and Corner Pub. Outside guests can join the main restaurant with a paid day-use pass, and the Chinese à la carte restaurant with a reservation and fee; outside access to the Italian à la carte restaurant is not available.

Open-buffet breakfast runs 06:30-10:00, with a late breakfast service 10:00-11:00. Restaurant and bar hours may vary between the summer and winter seasons. A late-night buffet is served in the main restaurant 23:00-02:30; outside those hours, food can be ordered via 24-hour room service for an extra charge.

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (served by the glass) are included and free at all bars under the Ultra All-Inclusive concept, and this continues unchanged during the winter season. Non-alcoholic cocktails are also available. Premium alcoholic beverages and drinks ordered via room service are charged separately. The pool bar operates 10:00-00:00.

There is no dedicated vegetarian menu, but the main restaurant offers a diet buffet, salads, and vegetable dishes. A vegan menu is not available. For gluten-free meals, fill in the allergen form provided at check-in and contact Guest Relations. All food served at the hotel is prepared using halal-certified products or halal-compliant ingredients.

The main restaurant has a children's buffet. High chairs are available in the restaurants. Rooms include a kettle for preparing baby food, and kitchen staff can assist upon request.

The hotel sits directly on the historic Salamis Beach, which is free for use by all in-house guests. The beach is sandy. Sunbeds and umbrellas are free. Beach towels are complimentary for in-house guests; day-use guests pay a refundable towel deposit. Showers and changing cabins are available on the beach. Lifeguards are on duty 10:00-18:00.

There are two outdoor pools — the main pool and the aquapark — both open 08:00-20:00. Children's pools in both are 50 cm deep. The SPA centre also has a heated indoor pool, which operates only during the winter season.

Aquapark use is free of charge. The water slides operate in summer 10:00-12:00 and 14:00-17:00; the aquapark is closed during winter.

Water sports are not offered by the hotel. The hotel does not provide diving services, but independent diving is possible and there are independent diving centres near the pier area.

Lemon Spa & Wellness is open daily 07:00-20:00. Access to the centre, Turkish bath, sauna, steam room, and relaxation area is free for all in-house guests; children may use the spa area when accompanied by a parent. Personal-care treatments such as massage or foam-scrub are charged separately.

Massages are offered daily 10:00-19:00; booking 1-2 days ahead is recommended for a preferred slot (call +90 548 829 09 88). Couples' massage packages, professional skincare with HydraFacial technology, bridal hamam ceremonies, and pregnancy-safe treatments are all available. The day-spa package includes the Turkish bath, sauna, steam room, and fitness centre.

The fitness centre, alongside the spa area, is open daily 07:00-20:00 and is free for all in-house guests.

Yes, the hotel has an infirmary and nurse available 24 hours a day.

Casino entry is generally limited to guests aged 18 and over with a valid ID/passport, and the casino operates from evening hours into the early morning. For the exact age limit, hours, outside-guest policy, and dress code, please contact reception or the casino desk directly.

Day and evening animation activities are organized every day; since the schedule changes daily, guests should check the mobile app for the current programme. Evening entertainment runs every day, with concerts and shows by well-known artists added during New Year's and holiday periods. On rainy or cool days, the SPA's indoor pool, fitness room, Turkish bath, and evening live music performances are popular alternatives.

The kids' club serves ages 4-12, operates 10:00-16:30, and runs year-round, with extra children's festivals during winter school breaks. There's an outdoor play area on the grass next to the aquapark. Babysitting is available for children aged 3+, for an additional fee.

The hotel is located in Yeni Bogazici, Famagusta district, North Cyprus, on the historic Salamis Beach (GPS: 35.205808 N, 33.899638 E). The Ancient City of Salamis is 3.3 km away. Other nearby must-see sites include St. Barnabas Monastery, Varosha (Closed Maraş), Kantara Castle, Lala Mustafa Pasha Mosque, Canbulat Museum, Othello Castle, and Famagusta Harbour.

The hotel is 47 km from Ercan Airport. Airport transfer is available for an additional fee. Since Ercan Airport is located directly within North Cyprus (TRNC), guests flying there do not need to cross any land border.

Guests crossing by land from Larnaca or Nicosia (Greek Cypriot side) into North Cyprus via crossings such as Pergamos/Beyarmudu or Ledra Palace/Metehan need a valid passport (or ID for some nationalities); driving across may also require vehicle insurance/permit documents. As hours and requirements can change, we recommend confirming current details with the specific border crossing or your travel agent before travelling.

A paid shuttle runs from the hotel to Famagusta city centre (12 km) twice a day. There's a taxi stand at the hotel entrance. Car rental service is available. Public transport in North Cyprus (shared minibuses/dolmuş, city buses, airport shuttles) operates on limited schedules.

There is a market inside the hotel. The nearest pharmacy is 750 m from the hotel. Famagusta city centre has a shopping mall, various stores, and markets.
