Return and Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your reservations unconditionally and without a %100 deduction excluding transfer fees until 72 hours before the check-in day. No refund will be provided if the check-in date is less than 72 hours away.
General Information
1- Valid for reservations staying a minimum of 1 night and between 01/04/2024 and 31/10/2024.
2- Guests can cancel their reservations without deductions and in accordance with these cancellation-refund conditions until 72 hours before the check-in date.
3- Requests for changes in date or name on the same product are not covered. Changes are processed according to the existing cancellation-refund procedure, and new reservations are made for the requested new dates, products, or names according to the conditions of the day.
4- Changes in date are provided due to circumstances such as flood, earthquake, epidemic, death, landslide, storm, resulting in reservation cancellations. Current dates must be notified to the facility within 1 month at the latest. Reservation payments must be used within 6 months from the cancellation date.
* The following cases will be excluded from the Refund Procedure:
a. Cancellations made within 72 hours or less before the check-in date;
b. Reservations made during the early booking period of the facility;
c. Reservation changes and differences resulting from changes;
d. During special periods (artist programs, New Year, holiday periods) reservations;
e. Transfer fees;
f. Cases where current dates are not notified to the facility within 1 month according to Article 4;
g. Payments not used within 6 months after notifying the facility of the current dates according to Article 4.

Distance Sales Contract
1. PARTIES This Agreement has been signed between the following parties within the framework of the terms and conditions stated below. A. 2. DEFINITIONS In the implementation and interpretation of this contract, the following terms will express the written explanations corresponding to them. 3. SUBJECT This Agreement constitutes the rights of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of accommodation, the qualifications and sales price of which are specified below, where the BUYER has made a reservation for accommodation through the SELLER's website. and regulates its obligations. 7. ACCOMMODATION/SERVICE INFORMATION SUBJECT TO CONTRACT
7.1. The basic features of the Accommodation/Service (concept, room type) are published on the SELLER's website.
7.2. The prices listed and announced on the site are the sales price. The announced prices and promises are valid until they are updated and changed. Prices announced periodically are valid until the end of the specified period.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1. The BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she has read the basic characteristics of the accommodation service subject to the contract, the sales price and payment method and the preliminary information regarding the accommodation on the SELLER's website, and has given the necessary confirmation electronically. The BUYER; By confirming the Preliminary Information electronically, the SELLER accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she has obtained the correct and complete information about the accommodation date, room type and the amount to be paid, which must be given to the BUYER by the SELLER, before the establishment of the distance sales contract.
9.2. Each reservation subject to the contract is made by the real person by declaring his identity information when he arrives at the hotel.
9.3. SELLER, to perform the work within the principles of accuracy and honesty, in accordance with the specified qualifications of the accommodation subject to the contract, free from all kinds of defects, in accordance with the requirements of legal legislation, in accordance with the standards, to maintain and increase the quality of service, to show the necessary care and attention during the performance of the work, 'Accepts, declares and undertakes to act with caution and foresight.
9.4. BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she will confirm this Agreement electronically for the accommodation subject to the contract, and that if the accommodation fee subject to the contract is not paid for any reason and/or is canceled in the bank records, the SELLER's accommodation obligation subject to the contract will end.
9.5. If the BUYER is not paid to the SELLER by the relevant bank or financial institution as a result of the unfair use of the BUYER's credit card by unauthorized persons after the stay of the BUYER or the person and/or persons nominated by the BUYER for the accommodation subject to the contract, the BUYER 'He accepts, declares and undertakes that he will return the product in question to the SELLER within 3 days, at the shipping expense of the SELLER.
9.6. In case the accommodation reservation is canceled by the BUYER, in the payments made by the BUYER in cash, the accommodation amount will be paid in cash and in advance within 14 days. In the payments made by the BUYER by credit card, the accommodation amount will be paid within 14 days after the cancellation of the accommodation by the BUYER. The BUYER warns that the average process for the bank to reflect the amount returned to the credit card by the SELLER to the BUYER's account may take up to 2 to 3 weeks, and since the reflection of this amount to the BUYER's accounts after it is returned to the bank is entirely related to the bank transaction process, the BUYER It accepts, declares and undertakes that it cannot hold the SELLER responsible for possible delays.
9.7. The BUYER accepts and undertakes to comply with the legal regulations and not to violate them while using the SELLER's website. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise will be entirely and exclusively binding on the BUYER.
9.8. The BUYER cannot use the SELLER's website in any way that disrupts public order, is contrary to general morality, disturbs or harasses others, for an unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates the material and moral rights of others.
9.9. Through the SELLER's website, links may be provided to other websites and/or other content that are not under the SELLER's control and/or owned and/or operated by other third parties. These links are provided to provide ease of navigation to the BUYER. 'It does not support any website or the person operating that site and does not constitute any warranty for the information contained on the linked website.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
10.1. BUYER may exercise his right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the accommodation reservation without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any justification, provided that he notifies the SELLER within 14 (fourteen) days of the distance contract. In case of distance contracts regarding service provision, this period starts from the date of signing of the contract. 'The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the performance of the service begins with the approval of the consumer before the right of withdrawal expires. Expenses arising from the use of the right of withdrawal belong to the SELLER. By accepting this contract, the BUYER accepts in advance that he has been informed about the right of withdrawal.
a) The invoice of the accommodation reservation delivered to the 3rd party or the BUYER, (If the invoice of the accommodation reservation to be refunded is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning it. Refunds of the accommodation reservation whose invoice is issued on behalf of the institutions cannot be completed unless the RETURN INVOICE is issued. .)
b) The SELLER is obliged to return the total price and the documents that put the BUYER in debt to the BUYER within 10 days at the latest after receiving the notice of withdrawal.
11. EVENT OF DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES The BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that in case of default when making payment transactions by credit card, he will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between the cardholder bank and be responsible to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank will take legal action. may apply; may demand the expenses and attorney's fees incurred from the BUYER, and under any circumstances, in case of default due to the BUYER's debt, the BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes to pay the loss and damage suffered by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt.
12. Dispute Resolution and Competent Court, Complaints and objections in disputes arising from this contract will be made to the arbitration committee or consumer court for consumer problems in the place where the consumer resides or where the consumer transaction is made, within the monetary limits determined by the law and relevant communiqués. For applications to be made for 2024, the value Provincial or District Consumer Arbitration Committees are responsible for disputes under 104,000 (one hundred four thousand) Turkish Liras.
13. ENFORCEMENT The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract when he/she makes the payment for the accommodation reservations made through the Site. The SELLER is obliged to make the necessary software arrangements to receive confirmation that this contract has been read and accepted by the BUYER on the site before the accommodation.
